Payment

What are my payment options?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Master and Visa Cards, AMEX and Diners. 

You are also able to do a direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer. Payment must be made within 5 (five) days of placing your order. Wild Peacock Products will not accept your order if payment has not been received.

Can I pay with cash on delivery?

We are not accepting cash on delivery, but have snap scan that can be utilised instead. Should you wish to pay using snap scan, please will you advise us in advance. 

Exchanges and Returns

What is Wild Peacock return policy?

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any of our goods, or have any questions, please contact us and have your invoice ready.

How do I return a product?

Get in touch with us and we will arrange a driver to come and uplift the product. We just ask that you keep the product in it’s original packaging and store it at the correct temperature.

What if I change my mind about my purchase?

You are welcome to cancel your order; we just ask that this is done the day before the goods are dispatched for delivery. However, in saying this, should any stock have been specially ordered in for yourself you will be required to take these goods.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect product or otherwise have goods missing from my order?

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that all the goods received match the tax invoice supplied by the driver. At the time of delivery if you notice that something is missing and or damaged please will you report it to the driver delivering and note it down on the invoice. We would also like to request that you contact Wild Peacock during operating hours to inform us of this. Our operating hours are Monday – Friday on 021 801 3663. 

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

You certainly can cancel you order, however should you have specifically requested us to ordered in a product then you will be required to take the product in question. Should you wish to cancel your order, please do so by contacting our sales team on 021 801 3663. This is to be done in advance of your delivery.

Delivery of your Order

Can I change my delivery address?

It is not easy to make any changes of delivery address in particular on the day of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate a change of delivery address, however is advised that you check the accuracy of your address upon check out.

Does Wild Peacock delivery to other provinces?

We currently do not deliver to other provinces, but might be able to assist you, please get in touch with our sales team and let’s see how we can assist you.
